2 loaves pound cake or 1 bundt pound cake
1 large container Cool Whip or Lite Cool Whip
2 containers raspberry yogurt
1/2 bag powdered sugar
2 bags frozen raspberries, defrosted
Fresh mint leaves, optional

Directions:
Cut pound cake into cubes. Mix Cool Whip with yogurt. Mix powdered sugar with raspberries. Layer in trifle bowl 1/3 pound cake, then 1/3 raspberries, then 1/3 Cool Whip mixture. Repeat 2 more times. Top with Cool Whip mixture. Add fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish.
