2 cups dry pinto beans
6 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp sugar or 2 tsp spoonable stevia
1 cup tomato sauce or catsup
1 onion, chopped
1-2 tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans and water in pressure cooker. Heat on high heat until 15lb weight rocks. Turn down heat to medium low (one notch less than medium) maintain pressure for 35 minutes. Drain any remaining water, add remaining ingredients, stir, heat until hot and beans soft. Good over rice or on Navajo tacos.

Variation - Substitute tomato sauce with 32 oz jar whole tomatoes. Puree in blender, remove seeds, add salt, stevia, mustard, chili powder, 1/3 cup dried onion. Simmer till it makes about 2 cups of sauce with onion. Can make sauce, then add spices.
