1 10 oz. pkge frozen chopped broccoli (or like amount of fresh broccoli)
2 T butter
½ C milk
½ C mayonnaise
2 T flour
2 T sherry
3 eggs, well beaten
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli.

Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

Blend in sherry, then mayonnaise.

Add beaten eggs. Combine with broccoli. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn into greased 9” pie plate. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (until firm in center). Cut in wedges to serve.

Serves 4.
