Ingredients:
1 acorn squash
orange marmalade
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.

Put 1" of water in baking pan and put squash in pan upside down.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until fork goes in easily into squash.

Pour out water from pan and place squash in it cut side up. (You may have to cut the bottom part so squash will sit flat. Don’t cut so much that there is a hole.)

Put 1 T marmalade in each half, spreading it in middle and up side and rim. Do the same with 1 tsp. margarine.

Put under broiler to brown top a little.

Serves two.
