1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of each, quick-cook oats and raw wheat germ
6 T cold butter
3 T cold water
1 lb broccoli
Salt and Pepper
1/8 tsp dill weed
3 eggs
1/2 cup of each, milk, mayonnaise, unflavored yogurt
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix together the flour, oats, wheat germ. Using a pastry blender or knives, cut in butter to make coarse crumbs. Add water and stir with a fork to make a pastry ball.
Roll out and place in a greased 9" pie plate. Trim excess and crimp edges.
Chop broccoli into 1/2 inch pieces (you should have about 4 cups) and steam with water for about 4-5 minutes. Put steamed broccoli in bottom of pastry-lined pie plate. Salt and pepper and sprinkle lightly with dill weed.
Beat together eggs, milk, mayo, and yogurt and then add the cheese. Spread over the broccoli and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.
Cool slightly before serving.
