¾ C sour cream
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
4 oz. imported bleu cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients except bleu cheese in a mixing bowl and blend about two minutes at low speed.

Crumble bleu cheese into very small pieces and add to mixture.

Blend at low speed no longer than 4 minutes.

Must sit 24 hours before using. Makes 2 ½ cups.
