1 quart plain low fat yogurt
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
¼ C honey
½ C orange juice
Grated zest of one orange
Diced strawberries, blueberries and pineapple.
Granola mix

Directions:
Directions:
Line a colander with cheesecloth or paper towels and suspend it over a bowl. Pour yogurt in and allow it to drain, refrigerated, for 3 hours or overnight.

Mix thickened yogurt with vanilla, honey, orange juice and zest.

In red wine size glasses, put a layer of yogurt followed by a layer of fruit and a layer of granola. Repeat.
