1 lb package of medium pasta shells
1 can (26-28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes (w/ olive oil & basil)
1 lb. of Italian sausage or hamburger (optional)
1 package pre-sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta until al dente. Cook meat, drain fat add mushrooms. Once mushrooms are tender add diced tomatoes (undrained). Preheat oven to 425ºF. Drain pasta and mix all ingredients (except cheeses) into large casserole dish or very deep pan. Top with cheeses, cover and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheeses melt.
