1 package large flour tortillas
1 package dry taco seasoning mix
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Picante sauce or salsa
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refried beans (optional)
1 sliced avocado (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brown meat, drain and add taco seasoning according to package directions. In lasagna pan, pour salsa to thinly cover the bottom of the entire pan. Layer tortillas, meat, salsa, beans, avocado and cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake until cheese is melted (about 45 to 50 minutes). If desired, top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos, and/or diced tomatoes.
