Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
* My family prefers Granny Smith apples, while my mom (Ann) usually uses Jonathan apples.
** You can vary the amount of cinnamon. The recipe calls for 1 teaspoon, but my daughter accidentally put in 1 tablespoon when she was first learning to cook, and my family prefers the mistake.
