2 lbs ground beef
2 Tablespoons margarine/oleo
1 medium onion chopped
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle ketchup (the size bottle you see on tables at restaurants)
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper

Cook ground beef until no longer pink and drain off excess fat. Add margarine/oleo, 1 cup of water and remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for at least 10-15 minutes and serve on toasted split buns.
