3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (boiled or baked)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and place in a buttered dish. In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 400ºF for 30-40 minutes or until browned. *Shared with me by my dear friend, Nancy Coleman, in Fredericksburg, VA.
