1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sour cream and sugar. Add beaten egg and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill dough 3 hours. Roll out into small portions on a floured board. Mix sugar with flour and work until you can cut cookies. Bake at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes. You can decorate before baking or after with frosting.
