1 (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line pie pan with pie crust. In large bowl mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs and spices. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425º. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 35-40 minutes or until test done. Cool on cooling rack before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers.
