1 whole chicken
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
noodles
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a large pot. Cover with water and cook until tender. Remove chicken from broth and cool. When cooled, remove meat from the bones. Strain broth and add back into pot. Add as much water as broth to the pot. Add vegetables to the broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cook until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and the desired amount of noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender.
