4-5 chicken breasts, cooked
Fresh broccoli to line casserole or 2 packages frozen broccoli

Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2+ cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 teaspoon curry (optional)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 Tablespoons white wine

Directions:
Directions:
If using fresh broccoli, steam for 5 minutes, line
9x13 casserole (or two 8x8). Top broccoli with pieces of chicken (bite size). Top with sauce. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice with cranberry sauce. Can be frozen.
