1 large Angel Food Cake
2 (6 oz.) pkg. Chocolate Chips
3 tbsp. Water
3 Eggs, separated
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 pt. Whipping Cream
1 c. Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and water together. Let cool. Add beaten egg yolks and cool. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat egg whites. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture, add whipped cream, vanilla and nuts (optional).
Break Angel Food cake into pieces, put a layer of broken cake pieces in a 9x13" pan, pour part of chocolate mixture over cake, then repeat with remaining cake pieces and chocolate mixture. Chill over night.
