1 T. egg whites
1/4 C. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
2 C. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix egg whites and pecans until pecans are coated and sticky. Mix sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle over pecans, stirring
until pecans are completely coated. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
