½ c. Butter
1½ c. Brown Sugar
Cake:
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. White Flour
1 c. Sour Milk (add 1 tbsp. Vinegar to milk & let stand)
2 c. Rhubarb, sliced thin

Topping:
¼ c. White Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but rhubarb well.
Fold in rhubarb.
Pour into greased and sugared 9x13" pan.

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
