1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 medium apples, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add margarine and milk and mix. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in apples. Mix well. Pour into greased 8.5x11"-pan. Sprinkle with a topping: 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. nuts and cut in 2 Tbsp. margarine. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
