1 whole cut up chicken or 2 1/2 -3 lbs boneless breast ang thighs
1 lb hot or med Italian sausage cut into 1" pieces
4 med red potatoes, cut in large bite size pieces
4 med onions, quartered
1 can or 13 /3/4 ounce of chicken broth
1/4 cup red wine vinegar with garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp cornstarch

Cut chicken into large bite size pieces. In large roasting pan, combine chicken, sausage and potatoes. Bake at 425 º for 20 min. In small bowl, combine 1 cup of chicken broth, vinegar and Italian seasoning, pour over chicken and vegetable in pan.Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes more until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
Spoon chicken and vegetable into a serving dish. In quart measuring cup combine cornstarch with remaining broth until smooth, add enough pan liquid to equal 3 cups. Discard any remaining pan liquid. Return cornstarch mixture to roasting pan, cook and stir over med heat until mixture thickens and boils. pour over chicken and vegetable. Enjoy
