4 oz Butter
4 oz Flour
2 cups Milk
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 - 1 Tsp Lee & Perrins Sauce
Basil - A pinch
1/2 Pound grated sharp cheese
About 12 oz of Crab
1 - 2 Pounds of Shrimp
6 - 12 oz Tuna
12 Pastry cups

Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, and gradually add the flour. Add the milk gradually with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Add Lee & Perrins, basil and grated cheese. (Don't let it boil, just thicken gradually. Add seafood and stir until heated through. Pour into pastry cups, sprinkle with a little paprika and parsley, and serve.
