2 Egg Whites
Pinch of Salt
½ tsp. Cream of Tartar
¾ c. Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
1½ c. Chocolate Chips or Nuts
Green Food Coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º for 15 minutes.
Beat egg whites until frothy, add salt and cream of tartar, beat until stiff.
Add sugar a tbsp. at a time beating constantly. Beat until glossy, add vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop on greased cookie sheet and place in oven. Turn off oven and let stand overnight.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN until after at least 5 hours.
