CAKE
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg. regular size Lemon Jello
¾ c. Water, room temp.
¾ tsp. Lemon Extract
4 Eggs, well beaten
¾ c. Vegetable Oil
TOPPING
2 c. Powdered Sugar
Juice from 2 Lemons (or 4 tbsp. of Realemon)

Beat first 6 ingredients together. Bake in 9x13" pan at 350º for 35 minutes (or so). As soon as cake comes out of the oven, poke holes in it. Mix topping ingredients and spread the lemon glaze on top of cake when cake is still warm. Cake sinks at times, but is ok.
