Bone in Ham
Brown Sugar
Pineapple in rings
Cherries in juice
Liquid Smoke

Place Ham in deep aluminum baking pan, then score it in diamond shapes 1/4 to 1/2 in deep...then rub with brown sugar, be generous, and place pineapple rings with cherries holding them in place with toothpicks...pour Liquid smoke over all and sprinkle with more brown sugar..seal with heavy aluminum foil and bake on low heat 200 degrees overnight I put mine in around 10pm .... next you should be able to pull the done out and usually it is too juicy and tender to cut just pull and place on platter for meal
