12 eggs, boiled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T yellow mustard
1 t. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Cool eggs by running cold water over eggs and peel. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks to large bowl. Finely chop yolks, with fork. Stir in mayo, mustard and vinegar until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place yolk mixture in decorator tube with open star tip. Pipe mixture into whites. Refrigerate at least 30 min. to allow flavors to blend
