1 – 16oz can of refried beans
1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves
2oz (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup pitted olives, sliced
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, thinly sliced.

Spread refried beans in a 9 x 13 pan. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Finely chop the garlic and add to the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture over the refried beans. Add the cheese over the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes.
After baking has completed, add the sliced olives, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro over the top.
Add sour cream if desired.
