Personal Notes:
This was a favorite when I served luncheons. I found doing as much prep the night before, saved me time the next day. The day of the luncheon, the ladies arrived. I seated them on the front porch & served them a glass of sparkling cider and told them I would get their salads together and call them to the table. I went to the kitchen to get everything out of the refrigerator. Where was my pasta? Patrick was on the deck, so I asked if he'd seen it, yes, he had! He & a friend had eaten it the night before, thinking it was "leftovers"! I returned to the ladies, explaining II would need 13-14 min. more. Thank goodness, pasta doesn't take long to cook.(But, have you ever noticed how long it takes to boil water? It's true, a watched pot never boils!
