15 glacé cherries
15 McVities digestive biscuits
1 can condensed milk
Sweetened shredded coconut
waxed paper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the marshmallows and cherries up into pieces.
Place digestive biscuits into a plastic bag and smash up with a rolling pin to get crumbs.

Mix the marshmallows, cherries and disgestives up in a bowl. Add enough condensed milk to bring the dry ingredients together so it is a firm but not sticky mixture.

Spread the coconut on the wax paper.
Shape the mixture into a long cylinder, roll in the coconut and wrap in the waxed paper.

Keep these in the fridge and slice into pieces when needed.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Don't substitute the digestive biscuits for another brand as they tend to be smaller and you won't have enough for the recipe.
