1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli
3 lg. eggs
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli for 2-3 min. or microwave for 6 min. Line pie plate with crescent rolls and place broccoli on top. Beat eggs and pour on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 º for 45 min.
I double everything except the broccoli for a 9 x 13 pan. I also vary it with ham, onion, bacon or whatever I may have.
