French Toast:
1 lb. loaf French bread, cubed
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
2 1/2 c half n half
2 T. butter, melted
1/4 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in 9 x 13 pan and layer with cream cheese. Beat together, eggs, half n half, butter and syrup and pour over bread & cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 325º oven for 40 min. Let stand 10 min. and serve with apple cider sauce.
Apple Cider Sauce: Stir together 1/2 c. sugar & 4 tsp.cornstarch & add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,1 cup apple cider, 1 T. lemon juice. Cook until thick & bubbly. Add 2 T. butter to sauce & stir until melted.
