Directions:
Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF). To make whole apple pastries: Core and peel apples. Place one wrap on plate and brush with oil. Place a second wrap half way up from first wrap. Put a whole peeled and cored apple in middle of wrap. Place 1 tsp. sugar in center and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add ginger slices and wrap mandu wrap around apple. Brush with oil. Place on baking tray. To make egg roll-shaped pastries: Core and peel apple and thinly slice. Place wrap on plate and put apple slices diagonally on wrapper. Add a tsp. sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Fold corner over filling; roll snugly all the way and brush with oil. Twist ends. Repeat with rest of pastries, using whichever method you like better, or both! Place on baking sheet.
