1 bag of frozen crinkle cut fries
1Tb chile seasonings
1 can of chile or leftover chile
1 8oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion chopped
2 Tb Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil....In large bowl place fries seasonings and 1 Tb oil or alittle more if needed to combine and coat fries...place on a foil lined baking sheet and broil stir frequently to crispy and done.
While fries are cooking Heat chile over med low heat till bubbling....
When ready, place fries on serving platter, pour chile then cheese over top, top with sour cream and garnish with green onions and serve
