1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Then add flour, baking powder, mix together. Roll out thin and cut small circles. Place in small tart pans. Drop 1 Tsp of jam into each, then pinch together tops. Bake at 350ºF for about 10-12 minutes.
