Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, sugar, margarine, salt, eggs and 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough of the remaining flour so dough is easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl and turn greased up. Cover and let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip in melted margarine. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip balls into mixture and place a single layer into a 10 inch tube pan that has been lined with aluminum foil and greased. Top with another layer of balls and let rise about 40 minutes. Bake 35-40 minutes. Immediately invert pan onto a large plate.
