Directions:Mix together cream cheese and butter. Add 4 cups of flour a little at a time. Mix with hands until crumbly. To flour mixture add 4 egg yolks and a dash of vanilla. Separate into 4 balls. Refrigerate until next day. You can freeze these balls and take them out one day at a time. Roll dough into pizza like square.Cut into 2x2square. I use a pizza cutter. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to each square then pinch at points.
Bake at 375 for 12 -15 minutes. These cookies will freeze forever so you can take them out for cookie platters or parties whenever you want. |
