2 8oz. cream cheese softened
1 pound butter softened
4-cups flour
4 egg yolks
4 t. sugar
dash vanilla
apricot , cherry ,prune (no way), cheese (solo is a good brand)
1 glass of white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and butter.
Add 4 cups of flour a little at a time. Mix with hands until crumbly. To flour mixture add 4 egg yolks and a dash of vanilla.
Separate into 4 balls. Refrigerate until next day. You can freeze these balls and take them out one day at a time.
Roll dough into pizza like square.Cut into 2x2square. I use a pizza cutter. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to each square then pinch at points.

Bake at 375 for 12 -15 minutes. These cookies will freeze forever so you can take them out for cookie platters or parties whenever you want.
