2 heads iceberg lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 C chopped red onion
1/2 lb. bacon-cooked and crumbled
2 small cans mandarin oranges-drained
1 cup carmelized slivered almonds
Dressing:

1 C sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2/3 C red wine vinegar
3 tsp onion juice ( I use the remaining onion from the salad and grate the juice out)
1/2 C vegetable oil
3 tsp poppy seeds

Add dressing right before serving so the salad doesn't get soggy
