3 large sweet potatoes
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

1/3 C melted butter
1/3 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C pecans
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Peel off skin. Whip with hand mixer and add the rest of the ingredients as you go. Place in a 9x13 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
