1½ c. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Soda
7½ tbsp. Cocoa
1½ c. Mayonnaise
1½ c. Water
3 c. All-Purpose Flour
1½ tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, baking soda, cocoa and mayonnaise; add water, flour and vanilla.

Mix well; pour into three greased and floured layer pans or one large 9x13" cake pan.

Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
