2 c. All-Purpose Flour
4 tbsp. Cocoa
1 c. Sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. Warm Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Form a well in a bowl and add wet ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into three greased and floured layer pans or one large 9x13" cake pan.

Bake at 375º for 30 to 35 minutes.
