4 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 lb stew beef
Salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 can Campbell's beef consommé
8 oz sour cream
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pasta according to package directions.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft. Add stew beef. Add salt & pepper while browning. Cook until browned. Add can of beef consommé, lemon juice and rosemary.

Cook hard for about 10-15 minutes. Add sour cream right before serving. Serve over egg noodles

This is a great recipe and I believe it came from Aunt Suzanne. The sauce is really good. Sometimes, I add mushrooms and broccoli too!
