I.
3 3oz packages lady fingers, split and placed out on 1 or 2 cookie sheets.
Stir 1/2 cup rum with 3 heaping Tbsp instant coffee and
1/2 cup crème de cocoa Baste lady fingers with the above, Baste again if needed. Use a turkey baster.

II.
Cream 2 - 8 oz carton mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
16oz whipping cream whipped with ½ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup amaretto (fold with whipping cream and mascarpone cheese or cream cheese)

III.
32 oz whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup Kaluha

Directions:
In Trifle bowl, place lady fingers on bottom and 1 standing on end. Layer around bowl. Layer an inch portion of II. Shave with peeler 60% Ghirardelli dark chocolate bar. Over the layer of II, place another layer of lady fingers. Spread a layer of III. Cover with chocolate shavings and repeat.

Place ladyfingers up sides as needed. Keep layering until full.
