2 tbsp. wine vinegar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 large bunch broccoli
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup raisins and/or sunflower seeds, if desired
1/4 cup red onions or scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
At least two hours prior to serving, mix the vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar together to make sauce. Cover and refrigerate. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mix broccoli with bacon, onions, scallions, raisins and/or sunflower seeds, as desired, and sauce. Serve.
