1 Tbsp margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Left over cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
1 small onion(finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan, add flour and cook a few minutes (don't burn). Add milk and onions and thicken. Add chopped chicken or turkey, vegetables, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. If too thick add more milk. Serve over toast.
