Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup warm water
7/8 cup flour
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients up about 3 hours ahead of baking to let batter warm up to room temperature; stir if you are walking by. Cover the bottom of muffin tins with a thin layer of oil (1-2 Tsp). Place muffin tins in oven until oil is hot. Take tins out and fill with batter until about 2/3rds from the top. Place back in the oven and bake at 350ºF for approximately 30 minutes. Should be golden brown. They will fall when removed from oven if they're not cooked enough.
Serve with Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables and GRAVY. YUM!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I've made this just before the meal is ready rather than 3 hours ahead. Just use very HOT water. I placed them in an even hotter oven (425ºF) or convection oven to cut cooking time down. (Robin Fraser)
