Asparagus spears, cooked (not too soft)
Cauliflowerets, partially cooked
Thin cucumber slices
Pitted ripe olives
Cherry tomato halves
Mushroom caps
Italian salad dressing of your choice
Provolone cheese, sliced, cut into triangles
Salami slices (bite-sized pieces)
Lettuce (I use red leaf)

Directions:
Place vegetables in separate containers; pour dressing over vegetables. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain. Arrange vegetables, cheese and salami on lettuce-covered platter.
