10-12 big potatoes sliced into wedges
2 small onions diced
1 healthy clove of garlic, minced
sweet (Aleva) paprika
salt
pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toss parboiled ( boil potatoes 10 minutes in boiling water-rinse with cold water , peel and then cut into 1 inch wedges) potato wedges with the diced onions, minced garlic, (sweet- Aleva) paprika, about 1/2 cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly in rectangular pan - drizzle more oil over the mixture. Roast at 400 for 45 minutes or more till nicely browned-turn with a spoon as it is roasting.
