2 C milk 3 eggs
14 T flour 1 T oil
2/3 C water grated lemon peel
oil for frying

FILLINGS:
Strawberry, apricot, sour cherry (Morello) jam
Eurocrem or Nutella
Ground walnuts sweetend with vanilla sugar
Ricotta cheese sweetend with powdered sugar

(Serbian fast food -- delicate crepes filled with jam, walnuts and sugar or sweetened ricotta cheese or chocolate hazelnut mixture.)

2 C milk 3 eggs
14 T flour 1 T oil
2/3 C water grated lemon peel
oil for frying 1 tsp, vanilla

Beat 3 whole eggs with 2 cups milk, add 14 tablespoons flour. Mix well with 1 tablespoon warmed oil, grated lemon peel, vanilla and finally the water. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat oil in 9” saute pan till hot. Pour batter with ladle (just enough to thinly coat pan),brown each side. Stack on plate. Cover with another plate to keep warm. Spread with strawberry or plum jam; ground walnuts,sugar and sour cream; ricotta cheese sweetened with vanilla and powdered sugar; chocolate hazelnut filling. Roll up with filling. Uzivaj!
