1 T. lemon juice
1 - 1 pound can (2C) salmon- remove skin & bones or 2 - 6.5 cans tuna, drained & flaked
1 cup medium white sauce*
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c chopped celery
1 c dry bread crumbs

medium white sauce:
2 T. butter
2T. white flour
1 c milk
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add lemon juice to salmon. Add white sauce*, milk, salt, egg, celery, bread crumbs; mix well. Bake in greased baking dish in 350º oven until brown about 30 minutes.

***** Medium white sauce:
Blend butter, flour in small saucepan. Add milk, stir constantly, cook until thick & smooth, stir constantly.
