4-5 large garlic cloves (crushed)
1/4 C. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tsp. salt
1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 C. balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 T. dark soy sauce
1/4 C. fresh cilantro (roughly chopped)

Directions:

Mix everything above together. Let beef marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and chicken for at least 2 hours. Then grill over charcoal for best results but it is also good in broiler
