1 cup cornmeal
4 cup milk
1 medium onion chopped small
1/2 cup margarine
1 Tsp salt
Dash pepper
1/2 Tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine, add cornmeal, salt, pepper and sage. Stir well. (takes about 4-5 minutes) Bring milk to boil (do not burn) Add milk to cornmeal, stirring constantly. When thickened, pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 375ºF degrees.
